فضيلة الشيخ رجب زكى هو إمام وخطيب مسجد الرحمن الرحيم المعروف بمسجد (توشيبا العربى) والواقع بطريق صلاح سالم بعد مسجد الشرطة.

حفظ القرآن وعمره ست سنوات ونصف، وبدأ الخطابة وهو في الصف الثالث الإعدادي، التحق بالأزهر الشريف وتخرج في كلية الدعوة الإسلامية عام 1984، يعتبر الشيخ عبد الحميد كشك مثله الأعلى وصاحب الفضل عليه حتى قبل أن يلتقي به، فكان يحرص على اقتناء خطبه وحفظها ثم إلقائها في الجمعة التالية في مسجده، بل إنك عندما ترى الشيخ رجب تلاحظ الشبه الكبير بينه وبين الشيخ كشك في ارتدائه نظارته وحركات جسده، وأيضا أسلوبه في الخطابة واستخدامه للطرفة ورسم البسمة على وجوه مستمعيه حيث يستخدم الفكاهة والنكتة..
